I had leftover plums left in the fridge from the farmers market last week & needed to do something "summery" with them. So instead of making a typical pie or crisp, I made a tart out of the sliced fresh plums, tossed with honey, lemon, walnuts, pistachios and dried blueberries on a simple butter shortbread crust!
